Shun Tak Holdings Limited has no relations with 「廣東省奧立克工程管理集團」or 「香港國際信德集團」

(August 1, 2025) Shun Tak Holdings Limited (“The Group”; HKEX Code: 242) has recently received public inquiries regarding an online user who has established a business account on the social media platform WeChat, which has misappropriated videos, photos, and speeches of the Group’s management. The said account falsely claimed a close relationship with the Group in an attempt to mislead the public and solicit business cooperation. In view of the above, the Group hereby declares and clarifies that:

The Group has no affiliation or business relations with “廣東省奧立克工程管理集團” and/or “香港國際信德集團”. The aforementioned WeChat account’s unauthorized use of the Group’s management videos and related information was carried out without the Group’s consent.
