Objective Summary

Overview and manage the business of Shun Tak Macau Services Limited (STMSL) and Clean Living (Macau) Limited (CLML) providing cleaning services and laundry services respectively in Macau.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and develop the business directions, objectives, targets and plans including budget, manpower planning, revenue and growth;
  • Drive business development and expansion strategies to further strengthen the Companies’ market position and sustainability;
  • Formulate branding and marketing strategies;
  • Review regularly the competitive industrial environment and measure appropriately to increase the market share and ensures STMSL and CLML retain its market position;
  • Look for and seize opportunities favorable to the expansion of business activities;
  • Update the new policies, regulations and market trends as appropriate;
  • Manage the manpower effectively on an on-going basis to achieve the high service standard as well as the short term and long-term goals;
  • Keep track of industry development trends to understand technical capability, knowledge gaps and business needs so as to formulate training plans and explore new training initiatives; Proactively address organizational development through various means to help the team equip, upskill/reskill effectively;
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 15 years’ solid experience with at least 8 years at managerial level in property services in Hong Kong, with solid experience in Macau preferred;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, flexible and resourceful, good in negotiation, problem solving and decision making;
  • Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationships with all internal and external customers;
  • Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind, creative and able to work under pressure;
  • Crisis and emergency management planning capabilities;
  • Previous experience in workshop setup and operation design an advantage.
