Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Management in setting business targets and goals;
  • Ensure that the business performance meets the strategic plan;
  • Develop and review plans for controlling output, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, staff training, and other daily operations;
  • Monitor and review monthly expenses to achieve cost saving scheme;
  • Oversee the proper operation of machines and prepare maintenance plans;
  • Ensure smooth workflow by implementing and following standard operating procedures;
  • Maintain effective communication with staff at all levels to understand performance and operational issues, and report key findings to management;
  • Manage the procurement process by collecting departmental needs and preparing procurement proposals;
  • Verify and organize daily expense claims and supporting documents;
  • Support the implementation of the company’s quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) management systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in laundry operations or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management;
  • Understanding of laundry processing equipment and maintenance procedures;
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
