Property & Facility Manager (Nova Mall)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Property & Facility Manager with daily operations in the mall;
  • Manage the daily operations of Nova Mall to ensure smooth and efficient functioning;
  • Provide asset management services for Nova City’s monthly car park, including license administration, daily coordination with property agents, and preparation of monthly income/expenditure statements;
  • Develop and manage the annual mall operation budget, controlling expenses and overheads for the building account;
  • Organize tenders and contracts for mall operations and management, ensuring timely renewals;
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address maintenance of mall common areas, review tenant submissions, and coordinate logistics for goods delivery;
  • Negotiate with service contractors and oversee their performance to ensure quality and compliance;
  • Promote good tenant relations by maintaining close contact with tenants and inter-departmental teams, such as promotion teams;
  • Foster good occupant relations by maintaining close contact and organizing promotional activities and customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Implement the company’s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in property management or a related field. Holding MCIH or MRICS certification is an advantage;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years at a managerial level in property management of Mall;
  • Strong leadership skills with effective team and people management abilities;
  • Strong sense of self-discipline and responsibility;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
