主要職責:
處理日常收銀結賬及銷售工作;
協助經理監督店鋪日常運作,確保符合公司標準及規定;
指導及帶領初級員工,協助團隊達成銷售目標;
主動向客戶推廣產品、促銷優惠及活動,提升銷售表現;
協助經理管理庫存,包括貨品陳列、每月盤點及日常銷售記錄;
處理客戶查詢及售後服務,維持良好客戶關係。
職位要求:
中學畢業或以上學歷;
具3-5年零售工作經驗;
有玩具零售店舖工作經驗者優先;
具備良好領導能力、客戶服務及溝通技巧;
能操流利廣東話,基本國語及英語能力;
需輪班工作及於各分店工作。
