Shun Tak Group places great importance on employee well-being and family life, and is committed to fostering a caring, inclusive, and people-centered corporate culture. To recognize the outstanding academic achievements of employees’ children, honor students’ diligence and perseverance in learning, and convey the Group’s care for employees and their families, Shun Tak Group (Macau) held the Employees’ Children Education Award Ceremony 2026 at Macau Tower on 6 September .
Family is a source of steadfast support for employees and an important foundation for an organization’s sustainable development. Having maintained a long-standing presence in Macao, Shun Tak Group is committed to creating a caring and inclusive work environment where colleagues can achieve work-life balance and progress together. Established in 2018, the “Employees’ Children Education Award” has become an important annual initiative that recognizes employees’ children for their commitment to learning, encourages young students to pursue knowledge and excellence, and pays tribute to the employees and families who devote themselves to nurturing the next generation. The initiative has received an enthusiastic response from colleagues, reflecting their strong support for and recognition of the program.
Following the assessment, a total of 60 employees’ children were recognized as award recipients, comprising 27 primary school students, 20 secondary school students, and 13 college or university students. The Group presented awards to recipients in the respective categories in recognition of their dedication to learning, while also honoring their families’ efforts in supporting their education and growth.
The ceremony brought together award recipients and their parents in a warm and celebratory atmosphere, providing an opportunity for families to share in the students’ achievements. This year, 20 recipients have received the award for at least three consecutive years, including two students who have been recognized for nine consecutive years. Their accomplishments reflect their perseverance, commitment, and continuous drive for improvement. They also inspire fellow students and help foster a positive culture of diligent learning, thoughtful inquiry, and self-motivation.
